Case study: How This 26-Year-Old Lost Over Six Stone With the Keto Diet and Apple Cider Vinegar

Dinner is always very varied and I've recently begun experimenting with Keto variants of favourites like chicken kievs which are coated in milled linseed and my personal favourite, homemade Keto pasta dough which I make using vital wheat gluten, oat fibre, eggs and olive oil.”
