We recently carried out some independent research to see how the UK is sleeping as the lockdown begins to ease and people start to go back to work. We found that there are a number of things keeping people up at night with health worries still a major concern alongside the added stress of having to return to the physical workplace and the worry of job security.
As a result, we found that Brits are averaging less sleep now that they got during lockdown with 44% of workers losing 3-5 hours of sleep every night worrying about having to go back to work.
Our research found that only 15% of people feel well rested when they wake up, but despite this, just under half (45%) of people say they don’t try any techniques to help them drift off. With this in mind, we’ve put together the Yumi Bedtime Zone to help you get the sleep you need.
