Delivery Policy

Here at Yumi, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

We also know everyone has their personal preference when it comes to shipping and that courier performance varies by area. That’s why we offer a range of delivery options via our fulfilment partner.


How will my parcel be sent to UK mainland?

You have the choice between two different courier partners: EVRi and Royal Mail. 


EVRiOrder by 4pm for same day despatch

Next Day: £4.00 | Two Day: £2.99 | FREE option on orders over £25


Royal MailOrder by 2pm for same day despatch

1st Class (1kg limit): £4.00 | 2nd Class (1kg limit): £2.99


If you order by the cut off on a weekday we will ship your parcel on the same day. Otherwise it will be shipped the next working day. If you order after the cut off on Friday your parcel will be collected on the following Monday.

Please note that whilst we promise to ship your order quickly, delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can occasionally take longer to arrive. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, and certain parts of Scotland sometimes take a little longer to arrive.


How will my item(s) be sent to Western Europe?

All parcels will be sent - from the UK - via DHL International tracked service. 

Note, our shipping costs do not include any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying these.


How will my item(s) be sent to rest of the world?

Shipping to the rest of world will be done via DHL International. Shipping can take up to 3 weeks to arrive to certain countries and locations.

We have made every effort to make our shipping charges as accurate as possible, however, occasionally the amount charged may be insufficient to cover the cost. In these cases you will be given the opportunity to either pay the surcharge or alternatively we can cancel and refund your order.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch with your tracking number with the courier you selected.


Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order and we will do anything we can to help. You can also contact your selected courier directly and they each have a specific, simple procedure that we follow in the event of a missing parcel.

For international deliveries, if your item is not delivered and is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage. Your international parcel will be deemed lost after 21 days from shipment date.


What if my gummies are confiscated by customs?

Please note that we ship a variety of gummy products internationally. We always make sure to provide a customs declaration form to speed up processing. However, due to the often changing laws regarding some of the products and their labelling that vary within countries and even federal territories, we cannot offer compensation in case the product is seized by customs authorities, so please check the legal requirements in your country before placing your order.
